Farmer Excellent Centers (FECs)

Description

MazaoHub products are divided into Tech and Touch. The Touch part consists of all on-the-ground, people-driven, and physically accessible services that bring technology to life through direct farmer interaction.

1.  Farmer Excellent Centers (FECs) – “Kliniki za Kilimo”a) MazaoHub-Owned FECs

These are fully run and managed by MazaoHub with in-house trained agronomists. They act as service clinics at the village level, offering:

• Soil testing & fertility recommendations (using portable soil kits)

• Personalized agronomy support (based on season, location, and crops)

• Farm input distribution (verified seeds, fertilizers, etc.)

• Access to equipment rentals (tractors, planters, dryers)

• Training & demonstrations

• Crop marketing support

Locations: Tanzania, expanding to Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia.

b) Partner FECs (Franchised)

These are owned by local agro-dealers or businesses but certified and powered by MazaoHub’s software and protocols.

• Operate as Franchise Models

• Receive training, branding, tools, and software

• Sell inputs, offer agronomy services, and market crops

• Serve as localized agribusiness hubs
