Our Journey

Our journey has been a rollercoaster of emotions - from the highs of creating more than 25 direct job opportunities and 11,000 indirect employments in agriculture, to the crushing lows of watching our first company fail. It was a painful lesson to learn - that farming is not just about the land and the crops, but about the entire agriculture chain and engaging all stakeholders. The consequences of our mistakes were dire, with jobs lost and lives shattered.

But we refused to give up. Our love for the land, our passion for farming, is in our blood, our very DNA. It's our destiny, our heritage. And so we picked ourselves up, dusted off our wounds, and started again. This time, with renewed vigor and determination.

Through MazaoHub, we have expanded tenfold compared to our previous attempt. It hasn't been easy - there have been countless sleepless nights, endless struggles, and countless setbacks. But we've persevered, fueled by our unwavering belief in the power of agriculture to change lives and transform rural communities.

Our journey is far from over, and there will undoubtedly be more challenges to come. But we stand here today, our hearts bursting with pride, knowing that we have overcome so much to get to this point. We are smallholder farmers, and we will continue to fight for our dream of a better future for our fellow rural smallholder farmers.
